TABC Seller - Server Training

  Don't Get Busted - Get Certified!

This class is for anyone who sells, serves, dispenses, or delivers alcoholic beverages, or an employee of any business licensed to sell alcohol, including all managers, directors, and supervisors.

The purpose of this TABC Seller-Server Training class is to learn responsible alcohol service by not selling or serving alcoholic beverages to a minor or intoxicated person or a non-member of a private club.

It is very important to know the laws governing alcohol sales and service to avoid fines and penalties from $4000 to a year in jail.

This class is taught by Approved TABC Instructor, Iris Clark. The informative topics covered are:

-Administrative information about seller-server certification -Preventing illegal alcohol sales to minors -Preventing illegal alcohol sales to intoxicated adults -Types of permits, including private clubs

The class includes two hours of instruction, is taught by Power Point presentation, and you receive a wallet size certificate upon successful completion of course and test.
